Regardless of whether they are installed between or behind the pillars or walls, overhead doors from Käuferle are not only quiet, but also extremely easy to handle. Their sophisticated, maintenance-free lifting mechanism ensures a long service life, while the optional electric drive with radio control also provides great convenience in collective garages.

Colours and surfaces

When building the doors, we focus entirely on your ideas so that you can perfectly match all surfaces and colours of door panels to your collective garage. Our infill panels are available in three categories: standard, functional and premium. The frame, fittings and door leaf frame are all made of galvanised steel. For standard E6/EV1 anodised aluminium doors, the door leaf and covering can be supplied in the colour of your choice. The choice is yours.

Standard

Our standard infills are available in two variants: as galvanised welded steel mesh and as E6/EV1 anodised aluminium square tubes. The SG variant complies with all country-specific fire protection regulations.

Garage doors

When will my gate be put into operation?

Please contact our customer service when all preliminary work (such as laying the cables) has been completed and the gate area can be walked on freely. We will then arrange an individual appointment with you.

Which cables does the electrician have to lay for my new door?

After your door system has been approved, you will receive a cable routing plan tailored to your order. This plan shows all the cables that the electrician you have commissioned will need in order to carry out all the work.

Do I have to carry out maintenance on my gate system?

Inspections and maintenance of gate systems are regulated by law in Germany. However, many operators of gate systems are not aware that they have this responsibility. We would be happy to make you an offer for one-off maintenance or a maintenance contract. Your gate system will then be serviced once a year by our expert fitters.

Where can I get spare parts for my garage door?

Toranlagen unterliegen durch den täglichen Gebrauch einer starken Beanspruchung, die Verschleiß und Abnutzung zur Folge haben kann. Durch den einfachen und übersichtlichen Aufbau können manche Teile selbst schnell ausgetauscht werden. Unser Kundendienst hilft ihnen hier gerne weiter. The emergency stop button is missing from my new gate system. Has this been forgotten?

Due to defined exceptions in the standards and guidelines, an emergency stop command device is not mandatory for our door systems, which of course comply with the latest state of the art.

Nach 15 Jahren Dauerbetrieb ist eine der Torsionsfedern an unserem Tor defekt. Müssen jetzt beide Federn ausgetauscht werden?

Please replace both springs. The springs are calculated for fixed load changes. If one spring breaks, the second spring is also just before the calculated breaking limit and should therefore be replaced. Our customer service team can offer you the necessary spare parts or carry out the repair of the gate system on request.

Partition systems

Do you also supply the locking cylinders for the UTS doors or which cylinder type is installed?

We will be happy to supply you with a locking cylinder for each door. However, this is not integrated into the locking system of your building. If you prefer a cylinder that matches the locking system, you will need a half cylinder in size 10/30 for our UTS doors with a PZ handle and a half cylinder in size 30/60 for doors with a lever handle set.

GATE DRIVE

Operation with hand-held transmitter; safety due to power cut-off; emergency release in the event of power failure from inside and outside; automatic light switch-on; plug-in 230 V mains connection. The maintenance-free and, thanks to the toothed belt used, low-noise door operator can also be retrofitted.

Radio control

Radio control as single or multi-channel control 40/433 MHz, freely encodable, consisting of a radio receiver and any number of hand-held transmitters

Key switch

Consisting of a robust aluminium housing and a built-in key switch with aluminium cover plate, prepared for the installation of a profile cylinder (half cylinder 10/30)
