Maximum lightness and openness are the defining characteristics of this stable and versatile partition system.

This partition wall system offers a cost-effective solution when it comes to spatial partitions in cellars, attics and car parks. Welded mesh panels with a mesh size of 50 x 200 mm and a wire thickness of 4 or 6.5 mm (vertical or horizontal) create a light and open atmosphere as well as optimum light and air permeability.

Garage doors

Please contact our customer service when all preliminary work (such as laying the cables) has been completed and the gate area can be walked on freely. We will then arrange an individual appointment with you.

After your door system has been approved, you will receive a cable routing plan tailored to your order. This plan shows all the cables that the electrician you have commissioned will need in order to carry out all the work.

Prüfungen und Wartungen von Toranlagen sind in Deutschland gesetzlich geregelt. Jedoch ist vielen Betreibern von Toranlagen nicht bewusst, dass sie diese Verantwortung haben.
Gerne unterbreiten wir ihnen ein Angebot über eine einmalige Wartung oder einen Wartungsvertrag. Ihre Toranlage wird dann von unseren sachkundigen Monteuren einmal jährlich gewartet.

Gate systems are subject to heavy stress through daily use, which can result in wear and tear. Due to the simple and clear structure, some parts can be replaced quickly. Our customer service will be happy to help you. You can reach us at 0180 3900505 or under service@kaeuferle.de.

Due to defined exceptions in the standards and guidelines, an emergency stop command device is not mandatory for our door systems, which of course comply with the latest state of the art.

Die Federn werden für festgelegte Lastwechsel berechnet. Wenn eine Feder reißt, steht auch die zweite Feder unmittelbar vor der berechneten Bruchgrenze und sollte daher ersetzt werden. Unser Kundendienst-Team kann Ihnen auf Wunsch die nötigen Ersatzteile anbieten bzw. die Reparatur der Toranlage durchführen.

Partition systems

We will be happy to supply you with a locking cylinder for each door. However, this is not integrated into the locking system of your building. If you prefer a cylinder that matches the locking system, you will need a half cylinder in size 10/30 for our UTS doors with a PZ handle and a half cylinder in size 30/60 for doors with a lever handle set.

Sturdy device that allows users to attach their own padlocks

PZ lock/swing bolt

Unhindered access in the basement thanks to retractable rotary handle - Integration into a locking system possible

PZ lock/lever handle set

High-quality PVC-U lever handle set with long plate. Can be integrated into a locking system. Additional burglar resistance thanks to Käuferle locking pin system.

Light switch console

MDF board 200 x 300 mm (moisture-resistant P3/P5, without edging) for mounting switches and electrical installations

Doors in masonry

180° opening, hinges secured against unhinging (two-part), prepared for padlock, clear passage width of up to 1250 mm, standard system height 1900/2050/2250 mm, all steel parts hot-dip galvanised

Door numbering

Robust plastic number plate - with printed numbers or for on-site labelling

Sloping roof

High flexibility in difficult installation situations, such as attics: partition walls in pitched roofs, wire mesh with mesh size 50 x 200 mm, entire construction hot-dip galvanised steel
